Subscribe to a plan and we will quickly add you to your very own Trello board (Trello is a *free web-based project management tool). This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, it’s go time!

Everything is recorded, edited, mixed and mastered in Avid Pro Tools Ultimate. Complete with Todd's Award-Winning vocal mixing chain for maximum clarity and drag-and-drop simplicity. Raw/Dry vocals are available upon request.

VoiceMagic is a one-man agency, ran by EMMY-nominated voice-over artist Todd Heathcote. VoiceMagic does not employ any other voice-over artists or audio engineers. You will work directly with Todd throughout the entirety of your experience. Nothing will ever get lost in the shuffle.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many voice-over requests to your BACKLOG column as you wish. Once requests are moved to the CURRENT PROJECTS column, they will be delivered one by one. Unlimited revisions are allowed. Revisions are also delivered one by one, just like a new project.

We understand you may not have enough voice-over work to fill up an entire month. That’s where pausing comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use VoiceMagic for 21 days, and then decided to pause your subscription. To do so, all you have to do is email me (Todd@VoiceMagic.co) and mention you would like to pause your account. This means the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 10 days of service remaining whenever you choose to resume. It never expires.

Be advised: STRIPE cannot PAUSE your account. They are unable to enact a pause on behalf of a business, so you must email me to do the pausing. Todd@VoiceMagic.co

Large requests are broken down on VoiceMagic’s end. You can expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours {depending on your subscription plan} until the entirety of your request is completed.

Requests will be made directly from your personal Trello board (Trello is a *free web-based project management tool). There, you will upload your Voice-over copy, and any reference links or videos you wish to supply for tone and speed.

If for some reason it needs to be adjusted, simply explain the adjustments {supply reference links or explanation videos, if desired} and Todd will record a new file per your updated direction.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when your single Voice-over request is finished and return when you have additional requests. Your remaining days never expire.

Due to the high-quality nature of our digital work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for complete work, given that it may already be in use.

Absolutely. Whether you need VoiceMagic for a month, or a year, the choice is yours. Feel free to pause your subscription and come back when you have additional Voice-over needs. Your remaining days never expire.

Yes! At this time, we do not handle Audiobooks or Terrestrial Radio/TV Broadcast Voice-overs via VoiceMagic. If those services are desired, please email us for next steps at Todd@VoiceMagic.co
